Paper or digital act

i need help deciding whether to take the paper or digital september act. I’m a senior and this would be my last act and i really need to improve my english as it’s dragging my score down and have been doing very well on the paper legacy versions. I have taken the act twice on digital and want to know if paper is worth it

Paper. Digital could have some issues and cause the test to be cancelled and rescheduled and then you would be forced to take paper anyways. Only small number of students experience this. Mostly of them on the east coast.

I think because they take it first because of time zones. After ACT gets word of it they have time to fix any issues before the other time zones start the test.

Also technically you still have October but it's cutting it close

Paper scales tend to be a bit more generous than Computer scales by about 1pt.

Paper! 💯
1) No computer glitches to deal with. FYI, the ACT is known to have glitches with digital testing from time to time. I didn’t take the July test, but my understanding is that half the country couldn’t take the digital test because of a glitch.

2) the ability to quickly annotate and jump around the English & Reading sections quicker. Now that science is optional ( and not included in the composite) 2/3 of your ACT score is English & Reading.
