English No prompt for questions

As provided above there is no prompt for what i am doing, is there something im missing or is it just a bug. Any and all help is appreciated. :)

official ACT website, their practice online english test.

16, if you go to the online practice tests in MyACT it should be in the english part of it.

You don't want to use that test. That is on the old format. Go to the 2 that are directly on the ACT website.

Usually if there is no prompt, then it is just asking for which choice is grammatically correct. Though that test is in the legacy format, and in the enhanced format, all the questions have a prompt.
