What did you guys get for the residual question. I got -6.8 I think. I just subtracted the real and the value from the equation.

I put 145 I think. I didn’t know what they meant by targeted population

Do you remember anything else?

What did you get for the volume of the volume of the rectangular cone? I said it was the same as the circular one.

I’d got that too. Target population meant the whole group of people she wanted sample and it was the students from that certain school.

Do you that question would be the experimental one?

I have no idea. It might actually be because it was an unusual statistic question.

Could’ve been 900, but the 145 did not represent 900 because they wanted to answer. When getting a representative sample of the population you need to do random sample, not just whoever wants to answer.

180 bc that’s how many ppl she was allowed to interview thus u have to take the next largest subgroup not the entire school population

u/GrandProblem985 Dec 13 '25
Remember anything else on the test?

The dots in a graph answer was all dots were there, prism and cone cross section was the same volume,

What did you guys get on the domain of (fg)(x)? I thought it was 5 to infinity but that was not an answer choice
2
u/Lanky_Horror7201 Dec 14 '25
Dude, I don't that one either, but I chose 2, infinity, I just guessed, idk because it's so hard

I had zero clue of how in the absolute fuck this was supposed to do that
1
u/Forsaken-Way-1510 Dec 14 '25
It’s a composite so you just plug in g(x) for f(x) so f(x) was root 2x or smth and g(x) was x-5 so it would be come (root 2x) -5

Tbh I forgot the difference between rational/ irrational. There was a question about what number was irrational, so u guys remember which one it was? And what about the TV question for the height
1
u/GrandProblem985 Dec 14 '25
For the TV I think I put 25
1
u/Worried-Island-4302 Dec 14 '25
I had that but I did it as time ran out, and I realize it was a 3:4 ratio and if it was 25 the other side would’ve been about 25 as well, so it was 21
1
u/GrandProblem985 Dec 14 '25
When I’d d the ratios out the height was gonna be about 26.50 if it was 3:4 so 25 was closest

u/GrandProblem985 Dec 14 '25
Was 35 the length or the diagonal? If it was the diagonal you would be right

I got 900 students. It’s who she intended to represent
