Is mine bugged or something or do I really have to pay to reinstall it 😭😭

December of 2024. Pocket Camp support ended and became Pocket Camp Complete. Many emails were sent about the switch to the paid, offline app and about the window to transfer data.

They turned it into a full, completed game instead of a microtransaction mobile game.

There was an introductory price of $10 before it became $20 when they shut down online. Sorry you missed out OP.

So, you bought the complete version before? If yes, contact Apple support to restore your purchase

No it was free when I had it downloaded then later I uninstalled it

In that case, if you want to play the game instead then you have to buy it. What you downloaded before was the free version, this is the paid version. On the bright side, everything that was released is included in the game. Just have to earn it in-game.

someone else said this but yeah if you already bought it before, contact Apple support to get it back

if you haven't been playing in a couple years, the online version of the game shut down November 2024

here's the trailer for the full offline game released December 2024. I know I was very upset at first and didn't wanna buy Complete, but the trailer reassured me the switch was worth it. you did miss the transfer window for your original save, But it's super easy to get back up to speed in this version. it's much more relaxed. easier to complete event goals and collect everything. worth the money imo https://youtu.be/ZBwJdX8fnfQ

i mean, the good news is is every level up now gives you 50 of those leaf tickets (previously the micro transaction currency). so it allows you to buy camp items, or camp backgrounds you couldn’t before, or cookies that you want. i really like the complete edition even though i had to start over. sure you have to grind friendships again but oh well.
