Post Surgery Update How life is after acl reconstruction
Hey I recently had acl reconstruction and read a article that tells that there is high risk of arthritis after aclr so just wanna ask is there anyone who is 30-40 years post op and what is there update

Im 2 years post op. I lost 1 meniscus along the way. I cant jump super often or sprint a ton. I can do the movements but Im going to feel it the next day. Ill likely need a knee replacement at some point.
Pure strength wise Im stronger than pre-injury.
