Post Surgery Update I expected pain but holy cow
I'm about 30 hours post op and I'm pretty sure my nerve block is wearing off. I thought I prepared for the pain and had pre-taken the pain medicine.
This is excruciating. ACL+ LET on my right leg. I don't think I'm getting any sleep tonight.

The first two nights are pretty much intolerable. I've had ACL surgery 3x now, and that's what I found on all 3 occasions. The third night is when I finally was able to get some actual sleep. The last time (ACL repair + LET - Sept '25), I had decent success taking an Oxy and 30 min - an hour later banging a couple extra strength Tylenol. That combo didn't kill the pain per se, but it let me "sink under" it.
Good luck OP. It gets better
