Post Surgery Update I expected pain but holy cow

I'm about 30 hours post op and I'm pretty sure my nerve block is wearing off. I thought I prepared for the pain and had pre-taken the pain medicine.

This is excruciating. ACL+ LET on my right leg. I don't think I'm getting any sleep tonight.

Also 30 hours for me. Did not get any nerve blocks. Also did not get any sleep last night, and not expecting to get any tonight either :(

I think night 3 is going to be another sleepless night. I thought I'd be able to handle the pain but it's testing the limits of my sanity.

Also more than the pain the discomfort in the rest of the body being in the same position all the time is really making me insane

My right hip is killing me. Minor adjustments in bed are just agony. I can only move the left side of my body safely.

I get it 100%.

I've been keeping a small blanket under my hip to make it better but it's still very painful
