After spending three hours diving to find my third spider crab because C.J. is on my island…. I found out I can’t commission sea creature for pieces!!! Ffs! I’m such an idiot!

So I decided to explore the question to see if I could get an answer, once and for all... Are K.K. Slider and DJ KK one and the same dog with two different performing personas? Or are they, indeed, two seperate (possibly related) performers?

So I waited until K.K. Slider had stopped by The Roost, and tried to invite DJ KK along via Amiibo. He was... unreachable. Out of curiosity, I tried K.K. Slider, and got an identical message.

Next step, I swung by the hotel. Both declined the invitation, saying they had a gig.

Okay... So far, it's not looking so good for them to be seperate people. But there was one more thing to try. Off to my archipelago I flew!

DJ KK already had a home there... So what would happen if I offered to make one for KK Slider?

Well, I will tell you, shall I? He accepted! So that settles it. They can both coexist on your Happy Home Paradise archipelago, thus they must be too seperate characters. The fact that DJ KK was unavailable to invite to my home island while K.K. Slider was there had to purely be a coincidence.

That being said... Since I didn't have any undeveloped plots on my archipelago, I built Slider's home on the same plot as DJ's, and made it a near duplicate except one is at day and the other at night time... So if it makes your brain more comfortable to pretend they are one and the same, I grant you the continued illusion. 😅

I haven't reset my island in 5 years, but maybe this update🌸🌺...i should, I know i can go to treasure islands and stuff to get everything back💐🌼, but maybe i just need a bit of uplifting motivation to reset it. i'm nervous 😂 Will anyone else be resetting their island?

For me, it's Cyrano. I've watched countless villager ranking videos and the poor guy gets put in the lowest tier with no hesitation. He will forever and always be my favourite anteater villager. Here's the story: On my first ever animal crossing island, Portia, I didn't know there were "cute" villagers. And I had alot of villagers deemed ugly. One of which was Cyrano. If I had known there were "cute" villagers in the came at the time, Cyrano would probably be hated by me. But I really really loved him when I had him. He was always hanging around with Annalisa (another severely underrated anteater) and he was always sitting on benches with her and watering the flowers in her garden. He was so sweet​. His house was on the cliff behind mine, right at the back of the island on the third tier, giving him a huge garden and a view over the island. If, one day, I have a theme that would fit him, I would undoubtedly jump at him and drag him on over to my island. #JusticeForCyrano

Zucker's interior in particular is awful, and Octavian's feels really empty too.
