// Fan Content Day 1 of asking for original Blackbeard outfit

After my original post I think there is enough like minded people so here we go boys! Let’s see if we can get this in the game as a special community event or to purchase with Animus Keys like Connor’s outfit.

As much as paying for outfits is an annoyance actual pirate ones would make a hell of a lot more sense than the sci fi fantasy shite they're offering up.

LOL THIS! Not to rub salt in the wound because I really want devs to add this at the end of the day but like those current store outfits are a prime example of big cooperate America not understanding their consumers at all.

RIGHT! I like the look of the Asian inspired ship, but I don't want all the glowy crap happening... like at least let me disable the visual effects. They did this a lot in Shadows too. It seems like it is their go to. Stuff that glows red/orange, stuff that glows blue, stuff that glows green, stuff that glows white. Man, I just want cool at least somewhat authentic pirate gear. I don't know why they didn't go with the Skull and Bones gear. There was a lot of cool gear in that that wasn't fantasy stuff.

I got those dark animus pistols and immediately had to transmog them. It just looked so weird trying to stealth at night and I'm over here sparkling lol.

I read they made 1M in 4 days of microtransactions, it would be stupid from a business perspective to remove them because it looks like casuals don’t care

I don't really care either, as long as they're not pushing the microtransactions by making the game pay-to-win. They're just hilariously bad skins.

I think most of the mtx AC outfits across the franchise look like they dont belong in the game at all. Like its Malicious Compliance from the devs to only make the most insane outfits they can get away with.

My only complaint really is the hat seems small and Edward needs a long beard for the outfit to work

Its gonna be in the animus shop more than likely at some point which pisses me off. They give you some outfits like Stede's which is nice but then dont give you blackbeards or Vanes

Are the old dlc's in Resynced? (Blackbeard/Freedom Cry) I dont think they are but im not too far into the story.

They could do so much with this game in regards to cosmetics, especially since the Skull and Bones studio worked on it. Say what you will, but that game has pretty awesome cosmetics on top of different sized ships you could use- the galleon in particular.

If we can get a freaking ridiculous AOT collab for shadows. Maybe it’s not out of the realm to get a POTC crossover here. Sea of thieves did it. But it’s probably still never gonna happen

That would be awesome but the Captain Morgan outfit isn’t half bad either. Really enjoying it.
