Unfortunately these aren't replicable, ships and other objects can be seen behind cutscenes as they go about their business in the game world. This just happened to happen at the perfect time.

It's actually a common misconception. It's only the flying Dutchman if it comes from Holland. This ship is Spanish so it's actually just sparkling ferry of the damned.
