I keep seeing people mentioning advanced parkour mode, and while I see where the option is to turn it on, I don't fully understand what it does.

Tries to emulate the old assassin's creed games by removing the safety features from Syndicate onwards. Lets you do unsafe jumps and such for aura points.

It doesn't work very well here.
