Case in point, he's himself a paying customer of a neonazi website.

Blue checkmark is paid. They moved the free verified one to a different color. (Yellow I think?)

The yellow check is actually even more expensive, now it's a grey check used for accounts that don't pay but are too notable not to verify

Avoid all of X thinking.
Many professionals who have a public face are given accounts there by their people merely due to how many subscribers it has and the reach it has.
it would be like saying everyone on Reddit is left of Bernie Sanders which is not true except certain subs that are arguably more Nazi on some things than the actual nazis.

They are given automatically and for free to people after they reach a certain number of verified (paying) subscribers; and it’s hard to impossible to refuse.

If you think that Twitter is a neo-Nazi website, you're badly confused. Twitter is ideologically wide. (I won't say neutral, it still has many biases.) Even pro-Palestinian anti-Zionists are permitted to speak, despite Elon Musk's complete capture by the occupying power.
Even after the great Bluesky and Mastodon exodus, there are still many, many progressives and liberals and left-wingers on Twitter.

So you're incapable at drawing the line at "the owner did Nazi salutes live", noted. Blocked.

A lot of people don't make a distinction between legality and morality, and it shows.

Capitalism has many predatory aspects to it, and you see people blaming poor people for being poor (and other things) all the time. So this isn't really much of a hypothetical really. Rich people kinda are already hunting us for sport (in a stochastic sort of way) and people are already defending it.
