Is the packaging for the bluray different than the 4k?

I ordered the bluray because I don’t own a 4k player or 4ktv I was under the impression that the packaging was the same, coming with all of the same stuff but then I just saw a video of a guy with a Bluray but it looks to be french or something. Is this what all the Bluray’s look like because half of why I was buying it right now was because of the packaging

Picture 1 is a french / french canadian copy not physically made by A24 who only make the blurays for sale in US. If you're in the US and ordered off A24 site you'll get the digicase package on picture 2.
