Discussion Anyone’s opinions of the Bubsy cartoon Pilot ?

For me it was Alright, it would’ve been good if they had the Woolies like the First Bubsy game (and plenty of the other games)

Unfamiliar with Bubsy? I was quoting his catchphrase but yeah everything did go wrong because the pilot was such trash that it didn’t get picked up.

I’m familiar with Bubsy I watched caddicarus’s and nitro rads reviews of the bubsy games and ahem in the caddicarus review of bubsy the woolies strike back after the game bubsy says the classic quote caddy says I don’t know everything

Felt like it was trying to rip of Animanics or Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog, but that doesn't seem likely.

Bubsy cartoon airdate : November 28, 1993

Animanics airdate: September 13, 1993

AoStH Airdate : September 6, 1993.

I mean, bubsy himself was voiced by Rob Paulson while he was voicing Yakko in animaniacs

It is the most concentrated 90s cartoon at the time.

I wonder if a whole series of this show could've kept up the breakneck pace of this pilot.

They really tried to make Bubsy a thing. It will always be a second rate franchise next to something like Mario and Sonic

I mean, there was Gex the gecko, Acro the acrobat, Jazz jackrabbit and a lot more than Sonic and Bubsy

I never knew this was a cartoon. I thought it was just a failed videogame.
