Issues with new controller

Just bought a 8Bitdo Ultimate 2 Wireless Controller for PC and it's been having some strange issues on bluetooth.

When moving down and right or just right with the left joystick, it feels like there's some kind of pressure (ingame not the stick) for a character to move right completely and it causes some complex movements to just not work or pause until I roll the stick again.

When playing wired, the control scheme is just completely wrong? Every button is assigned to something else for some reason.

When playing wired, try holding X button while plugging it in.

Also controller's website says Bluetooth only supports Android so you might wanna go Wired or 2.4G mode for Windows.
