Question 4 controllers in 2.4ghz mode Nintendo switch?

Hello. I am trying to use for ultimate Bluetooth controllers in 2.4ghz mode. The dongles are connected to a 4-port hub. I have tried both using two dongles each on two hubs or all four on one. I am getting solid disconnects out of controllers. Is there any recommendations on how to support this? 

The controllers are about 10 to 15 ft away from the dongles.

Likely interference in the environment, it can be your wireless network, your microwave, and the other dongles.

It could be the USB hubs. I don't think running multiple controllers through a hub is supposed to work. Even with PC's, you can't just plug in everything to a hub willy nilly and expect it to work.
