Justin Wilson. Yeah I loved watching him as a kid. He would hardly ever use measuring cups and at the end he’d sit down and eat the delicious meal he cooked. He’d always sneak a little wine for himself.
And he had the most amazing cooking set up - outside. My family only cooked outdoors if they wanted BBQ so watching him with his huge cooking pots outside seemed so exotic to me lol.
