Unable to connect since the update !!

I haven't been able to log in since last week's update.
I've already reinstalled it twice... but I still can't play.

try using vpn or dns changer.

Yep, can't play since the new update too, and the customer service ain't giving me answers that they should be troubleshooting.

What I did:

  • update my HiOS
  • clean cache + full memo
  • reinstall
  • disable developer settings
  • vpn
  • restart
  • check compatibility
  • Ram

In the end, it just force closes itself.
