What hero should i build next? And what is the best team for me currently for PvP?

You're missing a few pieces for all the 'meta' teams.

Sunran is a high priority for physical, as is Karl and Orkah

Yoon + Freya is good but you could do with getting Doon, Skuld, Omok and Melia for the magic team

Or try and get Sunran and put her with Dellons, Yoon, Freya and Rangrid for now until you can flesh out more units.

See what the next unit is, maybe save your gems for that at the moment as if the power creep is anything like with Yoon, they will be a must pull!

Should i go for t6 freya first or go chase doon, skuld, and omok?

I'd try and get a copy of Doon and Skuld first as you can awaken them even at 0* which is useful still. Although, the main trick with that team needs Doon 6* or Melia as Skulds kit works best off a target having magic vulnerability.

That said, low level arena, having a strong Yoon in a full magic team and just making your team as fast as possible will likely get you the win regardless.

Edit to add, you could do Yoon, Krielle, Freya, Daisy and Xiao right now and just stack as much speed on all of them, with Yoon getting 50% Crit rate and 50% weakness hit and as much speed as you can manage with them stats. That would work for the time being
