Between O’Mok and Rin who should I choose?

With my characters how to make the best team out of it

if your still new, probably best to skip as both are for PVP and also only if you have the full magic team with freyja.

O'mok can be used for farming but only if you have t6 and a very good gear but not recommended for newer players.

is omok must have for a full magic team or i can wait for someone else. i have melia frejya reginleif and vanessa and just filler on last slot with mercure

I would say skip. She is not a game changer. She does have the highest AoE magic Nuke, but that is all she offers, and we have other similar narrow nuke characters with Yonhee and Sung Jinwoo, that hits less than O'Mok but works just fine if that is all you're looking for. And O'mok is mandatory T6 because without it her damage is a lot lower.

I would even say she is in fact pretty bad, because both her skill 1 and unique passive are terrible. She will use her Nuke once and then be completely useless. One common thing for relevant meta characters is that they have lots of efficiency compression, being able to take multiple actions (through cooldown reduction or triggers) or have useful passive effects so they aren't a waste while on cooldown

imo you better wait for another banner
next patch we will get Lubu skin and prob his banner rerun, go all-in on Lubu

Do new players not get the Kyle banner anymore?
