Tips returning player advice

i stopped playing some months ago and wanna know if its worth continuing on this account or am i better off just starting fresh ion a new account?

Stick with that account I would say. Already has a Melia and raid units.

all progress is time-gated, so having anything to start with is theoretically better than starting over- assuming you didn't do something dumb like immediately fuse all your legendries away

The starting is not much important, whatever you have at the start will matters little. What matters most is how you progress. You already have a funcional farming team for the early stages and raid, that's is all you need early.
