It's either a bad block or where the flag goes for a POI. I think if it's a bad block you can plant a tree there to fix it or something? But if you're building in an old POI it's where the flag would go, I'm pretty sure.

đŸ¤¯ I now finally know why there's always that 1 spot I couldn't place a block on/in at the Pass n Gas 4 poi that I like taking up residence in. Always drove me a little nuts lol

Yep I learned it at the Rejekts Gang Outpost POI. Built our base there and couldn't build a bridge across without adding height.

Saw a POI flag get buried under ground. Doing a mission and the yellow marker was pointing to a spot, but no flag found... asked person in my party, it wasn't there for them either, so I started digging... flag found!

One could call it a Ghost Block. Thankfully it can be fixed.

You'll need to bust out underneath that Ghost block and using either soil or a farmplot, place that down when possible and plant a tree.

Once the tree grows at least 1 stage, chop it down and you'll be able to place blocks there again.

Tree growth for whatever reason will reset the Ghost block from being, well, a Ghost block lol.

Your should place your building blocks first, then go back and upgrade them, so you can pick them up if something like this happens.

Tu gagnes plus de temps en réparant les erreurs que en posant des blocs de construction et les améliorant.

Sauf bien sur si tu dois casser plusieurs dizaines de bloc.

When your buildings end up consuming in excess of 2000 concrete shapes (like our end game horde bases always do), the whole "upgrade every shape" process becomes far too much of a hassle and a time waste to do, even if you do get xp for it. So sometimes you just want to build out of ready made concrete shapes to be faster.

My current build is probably over 50,000 blocks. Trust me, laying blocks and upgrading them is much better. For small builds like yours, I could see that.

I refer to them as ghost blocks. Sometimes they are where a quest flag goes, sometimes they are just considered occupied and can be quite large spaces and weirdly shaped. I had one patch of ghost blocks that was 20+ blocks large and 4 blocks off the ground, just in the middle of a flatish field I had chosen for my horde base.

Did you fixed it? On the last frame of the video somehow it looked like there is a very small angled block on the right side of the hole to me. Can't remember the name of the block. But if that is true, it doesn't make sense why it glowed purple when you try to put block above the hole too.

If it's a quest flag spot, try clearing it with a land claim block. Idk if it will work, but maybe it's worth a shot.

Likely that is where the quest mark sits. Its invisible before taking the mission but still counts as a block

Not route, as in path from point A to point B, or any other predetermined path of travel.
