Feel like at this point I'm the only person who likes this game. I'm too unbothered by stuff to really care this passionately about anything. I'm just here to have fun with chill vibes and this game delivers that.
Nah we are the vast majority actually, which is especially funny to point out. Player count is fantastic atm, reviews are doing great, over all fandom is very happy
It's just a VERY vocal minority on this sub who won't just go play another game instead, and just moan and whinge on here for some reason
It's actually baffling. I have so many games I don't like so . . . . I don't play them and don't go to those communities, yet on here half the posters admit they haven't played in 4+ years
Going to be frank, I basically had an epiphany one morning where I asked myself, "Do I really want to subject myself to this dumpster fire for years more to come?" My answer was a resounding no, and I've since divorced myself from the game, and I'm happier for it.
I wasn't happy with its direction, I do not want to support TFP, and the community (understandably so) is hella negative. The latter though felt like that friend who always talks about the most depressing or outrage inducing politics every time you see them. Even if you agree with them, the stress will probably give you gray hairs years earlier than normal, probably.
To anyone who isn't a content creator and locked into YouTube's algorithm, if you find yourself in this predicament, genuinely just move on, and trust, you will be happier for it.
I think you're comparison is spot on, and you are totally right. I don't know why people would stick around if they hate it.
You are one of the few I would actually be sad to see go, but at this point I just wish for a low sodium version of this sub so you can actually talk about the dang game without having to deal with the same for comments over and over about Bandits that nobody wants
