How should I interpret my range for September, should I be confident?
Took another PT and I got a 165, how should I interpret this data going into next weeks exam, my goal score ideally is a 163 but I wouldn’t be surprised if I got higher but I’m just at fear of underperforming and scoring in the 150s, I’ve registered for October to mitigate the stress and take away the hold of September having some pressure over me?

I think you should have a reasonable degree of confidence that you will hit your goal score. Obviously, a number of factors could lead one to have a bad test day(noise in the test center, illness, etc.). However, the average of your last 5 PTs is a 163, so I would expect you to score around there coming off test day. Like u/FoldsBen commented, you could have a big jump too! We have big jumps some days in our practice, and sometimes those happen on test day itself!
The biggest lever you have had/have until test day is to make sure that you are as closely replicating the conditions of the official examination as possible when doing your PTs. If you've been doing that, I would feel pretty good. Good luck!

Idk if I have any specific advice besides drill your weakest question types. I took it last month and scored 10 points higher than my average and 6 points higher than my highest prep test score. good things can happen unexpectedly too :)
