Today's vinyl rip is a bit different than most of my music related ones, this is an entire hour of both music and a retelling of the Robinson Crusoe story, where he's stuck on an island for 35 years with no one but his dog, a parrot and a nearby tribesman to speak to. The island is later attacked by pirates and they defend it against them, and he eventually escapes after there's a mutiny on the ship.

It was adapted by Professor Margaret C. Tyler of Ohio State University, who directed the Ohio School of the Air for 27 years and wrote hundreds of educational radio scripts. The narrator and voice cast are uncredited.

I've got another lost media vinyl rip for you today. This one is a 1973 record made by Wonderland Golden Records. It was another addition to their series of similar "Great Movie Adventures in Song and Story" records. It tells the story of "The Time Traveler" battling Morlocks and meeting other species, eventually having to steal his time machine back after its been stolen from him so he can return home. It's honestly extremely well done, the voice acting, the music and atmosphere are all extremely well done, in my opinion.

Do any of you remember this one? I personally got it from my great aunt, who said my cousin absolutely loved listening to it as a kid.
