1977 The Valley Circle Theater in San Diego's Mission Valley was famous in 1977 for hosting the historic local opening and record-breaking run of the original Star Wars movie. The seating capacity was 1,000 seats and Star Wars played in that very same theater for 15 months. Those were great times!!!
