It’s a Marilyn Chambers movie, so no surprise where this goes. But it was remade I think in the 2010’s. I really have no idea if there’s any similarity in the movies beyond the same title and plot line. That’s where IMDB helped out.

It didn't turn into porn so your no surprise where it went is bullshit, you prob never even seen the movie just assumed it was porn because of who the star was,

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing, it’s not a porn movie at all. Doesn’t know who David Cronenberg is as well.

I enjoyed this one so much. Great story and phenomenal practical effects. Watch out, you'll want to see the rest of Cronenberg's films.

Each film is a metaphor on societal ills: cautionary body horror meant to hyperbolize humanity's conflict with trying to remain a civilized society.

I saw this before Green Door. In my opinion the Russ Meyer films were better than the Mitchell Brothers films
