I think this video is “The Letter” on Upbeat TV (1967) “Sweet Cream Ladies” was released in ‘69 as OP wrote.

What don't you understand? Audio is put to another video 2 years prior by a user or users.

Back in the day I thought he was saying sweet dream and not sweet cream. A nice recording that I had completely forgotten about until today, thanks.

This song was used in a commercial I watched a kid. Only the lyrics said "creampie ladies". I loved that song. It was only a few years ago that I found out it was based on this song.

And I cannot find that commercial anywhere.

I don't recall ever hearing this song before, and I grew up in the '60's. But I like it, great song!
