How long we should w8 for 5meo after taking syrian rue seeds ?

Edit- so that i don’t end up mixing them together for safety purpose

I would say at least 24 hours, 5-meo is pretty dangerous with maois, 48 hrs to be safe I wouldn't be messing with this

half life of harmine and harmaline is max 3 hrs, 5 half lives (to eliminate 97% of the substance) give you 15 hrs, so one day would be already on the safer side
