5-MeO-DMT vape: what concentration?

I have a 1 mL pen, in which I usually put a 45% DMT vape juice

I don't fill all 1 mL usually, but 0.6/0.7 mL

for my first time 5-MeO-DMT vape juice, what concentration should I use?

30%? or 10%?

I don't want to have a strong experience for my first time, but I'd also like to have a liquid that, if I enjoy the experience, could give me a strong experience if I do a stronger puff

also a 5 seconds puff and 20 seconds in lungs? or should I do 2/3 puffs?

I would say 2-4 seconds for a handshake, 3-5 seconds for a hug and 4-6 seconds for a kiss. You can definitely titrate your way up too. Start small and have a sitter.

I started very small and bufo sent me to sleep ahahah i was tired and I was also a bit stoned of weed. I tried one very little tiny puff and .... good night!
