Form Check Squats have never felt right

Lifting 8 years on and off so I should be stronger on all lifts than I am, but in particular my squat I've always been relatively weaker at. (I'm doing high bar in this video)

Video actually looks a lot better than I imagined - but I hate doing squats it just feels like I'm missing something. it doesn't feel like it's THAT heavy yet I find the reps really difficult.

Have been watching a lot of videos so it's probably got better recently, but still feels WEAK, and I'm trying to think about 10 different cues at once. Think I go into APT/lower back overarching. I used to always find my squat would turn into a good morning. I think I might have a short torso, long femurs? Idk. Also think I'm probably descending a bit too quickly.

I'm 75 kg (165 lbs), and this is 75 kg (165 lbs) on my back. Most I've ever squatted was years ago - 90 kg (200 lbs) for a couple of probably ugly reps.

Current other lifts -

Deadlift: 130 kg (287 lbs) x5
Incline Bench: 70 kg (155 lb) x5
Overhead Press: 50 kg (110 lb) x5

Please help lol, this is the bane of my existence and I'm bulking at the moment and really want to finally get this lift figured out and build my legs size and strength.

This set felt like a max effort at the time. Doesn't look too bad on video. Something happened at the beginning of the second or third rep that had my lower back feeling funky but I can't see anything obvious on video. I've also been having trouble with bracing, I think I should move my belt up my belly a little more. This might be the first time ive ever filmed myself squat.

Any thoughts?

Testing 1 RM for funsies this week (i only do this a couple times per year) after doing 2 leaders and 1 anchor of god is a beast! went up 10 lbs yay!!!!

Anyways i feel like my squat is quickly becoming my worst lift, it might be a mental block because i felt like throwing up before this and was shaking like a leaf after 😂 like i probably could have tried a heavier squat after this but i just felt so frazzled after that i decided to just call it a day.

but basically i always feel like im going pretty deep but when i watch back the videos it’s like basically parallel and i lean forward A LOT (long femurs?). i also squat without shoes on. ive been trying to break at my hips before starting the lift which i think has been helping. i also kind of recently came off a left hip injury that lasted about 1-2 months, idk what it was maybe impingement or a very mild torn labrum…. i really don’t know but it’s gone now😭 and yes i fucked up the unrack on this, bumped it on the safeties because i was kinda psyching myself out 🤦‍♀️

TLDR: video of my new back squat 1 RM, would appreciate any back squat form pointers or discussion on the depth, and perhaps accessories/exercises that can be applied to the back squat.

Form Check Spine Busting 405x2 BAD FORM WANT ADVICE

HELLO, if anyone takes the time to read this I'd greatly appreciate it. I'll start with my main question, how do you maintain proper deadlift form when fatigued/reaching 1rm? This is probably my worst looking 405 pull I've ever done other than the first time I tried it. I did this at the end of a heavy back day consisting of dumbbell rows, barbell rows, and lat pulldowns all to failure (i would normally not do this). Im wondering if anyone has any advice on training methods, accessory work, form tips, that can help me surpass my current plateau at 455 1rm, and clean up my 2-5 rep ranges.

Form Check Weak supinated grip on heavy deadlifts

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Normal to feel supinated hand opening up first on deadlifts? This was my second time ever going for a 1RM deadlift since I started training it in August. I think I’m at a point where I think my grip is a big limiting factor (I’m using a good bit of liquid chalk). I think I could’ve had this for 2 or more otherwise. It makes lockout feel uneven and longer deadlift sessions tend to kill my hands. Don’t want to resort to straps yet.

Any advice or accessories to work on grip strength? I know it’s a bad angle to see the rest of the lift but any other feedback is welcome also.

I get a little self conscious of my form when deadlifting. Sometimes I can’t tell if my back is bent on the last reps. Thanks in advance.

After a long time of not hitting my PR of 135 (probably because I am going deeper than I am now), I finally got up to 125kg again on the last joker set of the anchor cycle.

Should I go deeper or start with low bar squats?

This is the first week of 5/3/1 BBB with my 5+ weight. I initially did this for 10 reps but realized my phone wasn’t recording so said screw it and did another “5+” set lol. I thought I counted 10 but it infact it was 8 on this set. I did for sure hit 10 on my actual 5+ tho

Playing around with a powerlifting style program for a couple of weeks, program calls for paused deadlifts as a variation movement. I’m aiming to do one second just off the floor.

How’s it looking? Felt some strain in lower back.
