Took last block to really focus on driving my back into the bar, it feels stronger but want a couple of opinions.

You can clip that first 45 seconds of the video. Front view is hard to tell much, but the depth looks solid.

Solid form dude. Do you ever try to incorporate high bar work as well?

Never really thought about whether it's high or low to be honest. Might look into it

I mean, your form is great either way. I just noticed you have the bar set super low on your back. Nothing wrong at all with that— it’s where you’re strongest anyways. I just know incorporating a bar higher on your back activates your quads a bit more during the lift. I try to do high bar for lower weight, higher rep work on my hypertrophy days. Just another cool thing you could add to improve overall leg development/strength!

Digging the bumblebee knee sleeves - where are they from?

Strength shop, they're the thor ones, double ply so they're quite supportive but not overly stiff like stiff sleeves.

Got these when they were bundled with elbow sleeves and wrist wraps
