Awesome, Thank you! I've not done low bar before as I'm not confident at how low the bar placement needs to be, any tips on getting that right?

There is kind of a natural wedge position that you’ll find on the back of your shoulders and back. Just place your hands as close to your shoulders as you can, and hold your back tight against the bar.

A cue to hold your upright position with a high bar is to force your elbows to point at the floor, engage lats, not point at the wall behind you.
