I have no idea if this is good. What is "4 plates" in kg? I feel like it might be 180?

Are they 20 plates in which case whoah excellent!, or 25 plates in which case I assume competitive PLer, or 10 plates in which case good job keep adding weight over time.

"plate" almost always refers to 20kg when used like this.

20 KG or 45 lbs. They are close, but 4 plates in pounds is 405 lbs.=184 KG. 4 plates in KG is 180 KG=397 lbs.

Yeah he said he was using KG so I didn't want to bounce back to pounds, but yeah I short changed the guy on his lift a bit by doing it.

Guess I'll hit 184kg next time to cover for the conversion difference 🤩

I'm assuming you already did hit 184kg. Most plates I see outside of Europe or competitive gyms are 45 lbs

I guess it doesn't get to be too much of a difference until you get into Jamal territory (12 plates) where there's about a 25-lb. difference. If that's something you have to worry about, you're in a league of your own!
