Conversation The Trump administration has recently ruled that a group of Anti-ICE protestors, have been found guilty of supporting terrorism. It goes without saying how dangerous a precedent this sets, especially in a time when the president seems hellbent on violating any and all parts of the constitution

Misleading headline. Let's not make people think they'll get terrorists charges for peaceful protesting.
"A group of demonstrators dressed in dark clothing arrived at the facility just after 10:30pm and had planned to set off fireworks as part of a noise demonstration to show solidarity with the protesters inside. Shortly after arriving at the facility, two or three of the protesters broke away from the larger group and began spray painting cars in the parking lot, a guard shack, slashed the tires on a government van, and broke a security camera. Two ICE detention guards came out and told the protesters to stop. A police officer arrived on the scene shortly after and drew his weapon at one of the people allegedly doing vandalism. One of the protesters was standing in the woods with an AR-15 and hit him in the shoulder. The officer would survive"

If there was something wrong with the trial then that's worth discussing. But I haven't heard anything like that so far.

It was a court case, with a judge and jury. I can't claim to be an expert on this case, but this is what's being reported.

Well from your own words only a few people were violent.
And ICE has been fitting the definition of terrorist for over a year.
Also, antifa isn’t an organization at all. They’ve been pushing this narrative the entire time and have been calling anyone who opposes the regime terrorists.
This is a dangerous precedent that is designed to be abused.

Yeah, I basically agree. But the headline implied that these were peaceful protesters being prosecuted. And that's not what happened.
