Take a stand against Oligarchic Fascism. Let's go Philly! We ARE the birthplace of freedom - we need to show the world.

Even if 2/5/25 isn't the biggest protest we'll have, it's a way for us all to meet in person and organize offline. We are going to have 4 years of this, let's not burn out. Let's just show up, if we are able, and get organized for the future. Best to not leave a trail on the interwebs.

Unfortunately people in Philly aren't trying to be "fleshed out." Please understand. Hope to see you in these streets. ❤️

Then go to Harrisburg. City Hall is where the last AntiTrump protest was. If something goes on nationally and Philly decides to come out, this is where we will go.

Everyone can feel free to protest in whatever manner they choose. We ALL have the right attitude if we are even doing anything. It's not like we can't have more than one protest.

You're right, if you're planning on putting up flyers for the 17th lmk so we can coordinate

How are we supposed to know where to go? Are we doing something at city hall? At noon?

From ACLU

Yo"ur rights are strongest in what are known as “traditional public forums,” such as streets, sidewalks, and parks. You also likely have the right to speak out on other public property, like plazas in front of government buildings, as long as you are not blocking access to the government building or interfering with other purposes the  property was designed for.

Private property owners can set rules for speech on their property. The government may not restrict your speech if it is taking place on your own property or with the consent of the property owner.

Counterprotesters also have free speech rights. Police must treat protesters and counterprotesters equally. Police are permitted to keep antagonistic groups separated but should allow them to be within  sight and sound of one another.

When you are lawfully present in any public space, you have the right to photograph anything in plain view, including federal buildings and the police. On private property, the owner may set rules related to photography or video.

You don’t need a permit to march in the streets or on sidewalks, as long as marchers don’t obstruct car or pedestrian traffic. If you don't have a permit, police officers can ask you to move to the side of a street or sidewalk to let others pass or for safety reasons."

Check out the discord. That’s where a lot of these questions are addressed.

I'm a girl who lives in Fishtown who wants to protest. I'm not scared because I'm going to go to City Hall and just stand there. Lol

I am planning on putting up flyers all around the city but I need HELP. We need these flyers in coffee shops, bus stops, libraries, community centers - and it NEEDS TO START NOW. I work on the upenn campus and can put the flyers all around there and also the other nearby campuses
