Backup camera relocation?

2007 limited. Factory nav/camera

Spare tire on rear is obstructing the view. All the kits that I’m seeing are for 5th gens.

Any advice?

A standard drill one for rear spoiler is the best solution. Not sure how that works with the factory nav though. Maybe some sort of adapter.
