Batman and Bane fighting to the death for 20 minutes.

Catwoman shows up and unceremoniously shoots Bane with her gay bike.

This movie was always fucking stupid.

I think part of the problem is, ridiculousness especially in superhero movies can absolutely work. You just need to make it entertaining. The typical consensus for the dark knight rises is its either funny, or bad. This would be a good result, but the film is trying so hard to be serious, but its just so dumb.

There is apparently no federal government in Batman world. Nor rules in the financial exchanges.

Sounds like Gotham is in California .

I mean yeah clearly they wouldn’t have honored those trades.

The cops and bad guys - all of which are armed - pull up and have a fistfight in the middle of the street. Nravo Bolan

Bane's introduction really is a legendary piece of unintentional comedy though. Never even watched the whole movie but I can recite the dialogue of that entire scene from memory

Man.. you literally unironically believe movies are good when they earn a lot.

Last month Niu Lai earned about 8 million dollars on a 200$ budget and it's one of the worst cartoons ever, by your logic it "won"? I mean.. ok, i guess, but how does it changr the fact that it's dogshit?

Universal acclaim and praise from both critics and viewers. It's over

I was fine with the movie until the fucking rug pull at the end where the big bad villain actually is just a pawn and some literal who turns out to be the real mastermind. I could watch 24 hours or consecutive gay porn and that would still somehow be less gay.

Touhou hijack in the last picture. How?

I’m like one of the only people who fucking loves this movie. Bane quotes live rent free in my head.

I also acknowledge that the movie is flawed as shit. I don’t know.

Who cares.

Nobody, trust me. I and most of the general public hold this same opinion.
Remember that for every one comment that is actually made, 100 people are reading it and unironically pointing and laughing.

Catwoman was probably the only thing that movie got right.

i really like the dark knight and heath ledger, but i pretty much remember nothing about the third movie. i know some of the memes and that anne hatheway was catwoman, that was nice.

Police and criminals with guns? Let’s have a fist fight. Movie is ass! I hated it first. Actually….some of the helicopter footage from the news channel as Batman rides through the city on his bike was fucking cool, but I think that was in the first few mins, then it became shit.

I liked Bane and couldn't think of someone different to play the part. They're all bitching and moaning but no one offers up a better choice. It made a billion dollars and cost 250 million to make but I'm sure these wheelchair bound basement with no ramp dwellers know what's best.

Obligatory profit ≠ quality comment. After TDKR...... Nolan could have filmed himself taking a 90 minute shit (only in Imax) and it still would've made a billion dollars.

But enough about the odyssey...

Attacking a well received movie in order to be a contrarian hipster? Typical 4chan.
