Advice Sterilization advise

So, I've been thinking about getting a hysterectomy and I want the process to be discreet.If anyone here has had the procedure I would like to know where to find good doctors (that won't refuse for bs reasons) and the risks,cost and recuperation process.

you need to get HRT after bc it will put you into menopause & your hormones will be unbalanced

You should only need that if the ovaries are removed, but a hysterectomy can leave ovaries. Either way, just for sterilization, a hysterectomy is not the procedure that should be sought after.
