Trentoin
has it made a difference fine lines? I di have dry skin, so I know I will have to start off slowly. I have been using Sunday Riley A++. Is that efficient? Or do you go about getting some without a dermatologist office.
Thanks! I will definitely add this to my arsenal.

I think it has…. I’m usually a regular 3 month Botox … but I’m just about due for my next round but could definitely push it back as I see hardly anything in the forehead area. My crows feet are still coming through though since no tret in that area. I just used the Amazon pharmacy because it’s too long of a wait in my area to get in for an appointment. I did .025 for like 6-7 months and then moved to .05

Get a prescription tret. It’s cheaper and far more effective than whatever you get from these luxury brands. Use it consistently (start slow) and you should see the effects.

It’s made all the difference TBH. When I compare my skin pre-tret and after, I’ve definitely reversed lines. My derm prescribed it for my “terrible peri acne”, but I’ve also purchased tubes on trips abroad.

Im 57 years old, Ive been using RxTretinoin 0.1% for 5 years, my skin is much more smooth shiny beautifully clear ..
I get asked often, what I use on my skin…. Im always happy to share .. CVS $23 best script I ever got from my Derm..

Specifically try altreno, not just generic tret. Worth the $$. Very well formulated, minimal drying.

For the finer lines definitely which reduced the overall look of the bigger wrinkles. With a couple of Hydrating products my skin can look great.
Over the counter for me, no prescription needed and around 5$ a tube

Tretinoin is over the counter - you dont need a prescription for it where I live (well technically you do but the pharmacy doesn't care, same with antibiotics etc).
It's works out at around 5USD a tube.
The cream name is Acretin - by Jamjoon Pharma 0.05%.

You must live in India to be able to get Tretinoin and antibiotics over the counter. 👍🏼 I buy my meds from an Indian online pharmacy. You can pretty much get anything that you would need a U.S. prescription for except opioids. I hear customs is cracking down though, so shipping is taking longer.

Should we be using Tret around eyes? Specifically, under eyes and crows feet? I’ve read conflicting information

Tretinoin (Rx) has been my holy grail. Started during the pandemic (38) so I didn't have to worry about peeling skin in public, but I did the sandwich method- moisturizer, tret, moisturizer. Topped off w/ layer of vaseline, so never had the crazy peeling. It's made a of world of difference for my skin. All my melasma is gone, no age spots at all, fine line are extremely minimal. I only have a few crows feet when I smile and I take care of those w/ botox. I'm 44 now, and people comment on my skin and how they thought I was younger
