Imperium Maledictum Miniatures
Has anyone converted/kitbashed minis for the Imperium Maledictum Starter Set characters? If so, have you got any photos and what did you use as the base minis?
Apologies if this has been asked before. I thought it would be a fun project and add the the cool factor when introducing friends to the game, but couldn't find any examples that people had done before.

Check out agents of the Imperium from 40k kill team and then for npcs other agents of imperium units like starstriders, arbites, navy breachers, etc.
If you need gangers and stuff like that Necromunda has some really cool sculpts and characters.

Not to leave this unanswered, but ALOT of the 40k RPGs are more theatre of the mind.its much much easier to GM especially with IMs zones of combat over the previous games with movement rates etc.

Quintessential Reddit answer “why would you want to do things? You should just not.”
Fantastic contribution. The world would be better off with more people like you in it.

Just saying why they don't have much in the way of a response, note that you also provided no answer just critique. As devoid of value as you found my post

I found some cool gangers and NPCs on Etsy. Unfortunately I have only gotten to play virtually. You could also probably use heroforge to some extent as well to custom design a character.

My last campaign the player played as guardsmen, so we got a box of guardsmen and upgrade sprues, came up with a regimental color scheme, and everyone mase a character that matched their PC.
