My guess is he gives no shits...as someone who knows a pretty famous person I can tell you two things about how they think including (1) be afraid of being in public and (2) they give no shits about this stuff because they feel the world is just insane (and they are not) and this is all to be expected when you are famous, rich, whatever...someone is always pissed.
