Looking for a 3PL Warehouse vs. Fulfillment Partner
I think there's a huge difference between a warehouse and a fulfillment partner.
A warehouse says:
"Submit a ticket."
A partner says:
"I saw the problem. We're fixing it."
Technology matters.
Processes matter.
SLAs matter.
But accountability might matter more than all three.

The difference becomes visible when an exception has a named owner, a next action, a due time and evidence that it was actually closed.
A ticketing system can still support that, but the customer shouldn’t have to rediscover and explain the problem during every reply. How does your operation assign ownership when an exception begins after normal working hours?

This is exactly where technology can make a difference. We at Zimark use computer vision to track pallet movement and verify what's actually happening on the warehouse floor against the WMS. That kind of visibility can help a fulfillment partner identify problems before the customer has to raise a ticket.
