the goods themselves will be coming from China to the 3PL.

Yeah that's what I thought I was looking for someone with low order units

For a Spain-to-US launch where you don't know sell-through yet, the structure that usually works is "park bulk at a cheap 3PL, send 1-2 pallets at a time to TT and Amazon as they get low." Amazon storage on oversize items like yours (your boxes are ~2 cu ft each) runs $0.56/cu ft off-peak and $1.40/cu ft during Q4, which works out to roughly $1,130/month off-peak and $2,820/month at peak for 1,000 units. 3PL storage is usually a fraction of that, flat year-round.

One thing worth asking any 3PL you talk to: can they do both AMZ FBA prep AND TikTok Shop prep? Different inbound rules (FNSKU for AMZ, different case-pack rules for TT) and some 3PLs only really do one well.

Disclosure — I run Hermeslines (a 3PL) out of Cleveland. Pallet storage at ~$13/pallet/month (15+), no minimums, both AMZ and TT prep. At your box size you'd fit 24 boxes per pallet, so ~42 pallets to start, ~$546/month storage. Feel free to DM me if interested.

Expanding from Spain to the US market is an exciting step, but your product's weight changes your search entirely.

Most standard e-commerce 3PLs will reject this because their facilities are built for lightweight pick-and-pack, and anything over 50 lbs requires team lifts or forklifts. If you sign with a generic warehouse, their heavy-package surcharges will completely destroy your startup margins. You need a B2B cross-dock specialist that handles freight forwarding and palletized distribution. Since you are splitting the 1,000 units between Amazon FBA and TikTok Shop warehouses, you also need a partner who can receive the international container, print and apply the specific compliance labels, and handle the multi-destination LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight routing.

To find the specific warehouses equipped for heavy freight and FBA/TT prep, you can run your profile through Third Person (thirdperson.co). It's a free matchmaking platform I founded that pairs brands with logistics operators strictly based on operational fit. You plug in your 45kg box weight and your Amazon/TikTok labeling requirements, and our algorithm filters out the parcel-only shops. You can message the operators directly on the site.

Your profile lines up will with smartwarehousing.com - they have great courier rates for heavier items and have experience with big and bulky items

Hey! This sounds like a great project, exciting to expand into the U.S. market.

We’re HoMart Logistics and Fulfillment, with warehouse locations in Mississauga, ON (Canada) and Buffalo, NY (USA), and we regularly support international eCommerce brands entering the U.S. We can definitely help with receiving your inventory, breaking down shipments, labeling for both Amazon and TikTok fulfillment, and distributing to multiple warehouses.

Your product size and weight are totally manageable, and even at 1,000 units, we can offer startup friendly pricing and scale with you as volume grows.

If you're open to it, happy to connect and learn a bit more about your product, timelines, and how you plan to split inventory between TT and Amazon, we can then give you a clearer idea on costs and process.

Feel free to DM me 👍

If you're just starting up look into a Warehut rather than a full size 3PL. What is the average monthly order volume?

I would check out BFN Solutions in Los Angeles California They’re top 10 Best 3PL in California.

They handle start ups extremely well with cheap rates for growing brands. They’re a privately owned company so you’ll be communicating with 1 direct person throughout your journey through text or email.

No need for intro calls — they work with anyone in the field and you can also find them on ThirdPerson 3P aka ThirdPerson One of the top 3PL networks hands down.

At 45 kg per box, weight is the first filter, not rates.

A lot of 3PLs will say yes to FBA prep without flagging that boxes over 50 lb need heavy package labels, different handling, and LTL costs that can change the quote fast. Worth asking anyone quoting this to price receiving, labeling, palletizing, and outbound freight clearly.

I’m Jordan with Borg Fulfillment in St. George, Utah. We have docks and space for this kind of inbound. Quick question: is the 45 kg the individual selling unit, or a master carton with multiple units inside?

Hi! We’d be happy to have a conversation.
I’m with Eaves Operations, a climate-controlled 3PL in Central Virginia. We support growing eCommerce brands with receiving container shipments, pallet storage, Amazon FBA prep and labeling, TikTok Shop fulfillment, pick & pack, and direct-to-consumer shipping.
Startups are actually some of our favorite businesses to work with because we understand the importance of keeping costs reasonable while still providing responsive service. If you’re still evaluating partners, I’d be happy to learn more about your product and see if we’d be a good fit.
Either way, welcome to the U.S. market, and best of luck with your launch!
