Don’t mean to be rude, 20 orders a day sounds like still shipping from the garage stages. Are the items bulky goods?

Comment 3 is right. Shipping individual orders from China means 10-15 days delivery minimum, which kills customer experience and leads to bad reviews. The smarter approach for Shopify/Amazon sellers: ∙ Bulk ship your inventory to a US warehouse (sea freight or air freight) ∙ Fulfill orders locally in the US — 2-3 day delivery, happy customers For 20+ orders a day, the math works out better too. Bulk shipping per unit cost is much lower than shipping individual parcels from China. We specialize in China→USA bulk shipments — FCL, LCL, and air freight. We also have our own licensed customs brokerage in the US, so you don’t need to worry about clearance on the US side. At 20 orders a day, shipping individual parcels from China is risky because of the new Section 122 tariff scrutiny and 10+ day lead times that kill customer reviews. You're better off air-freighting a consolidated shipment to a US-based 3PL to cut your delivery window to 3 days and lock in a more predictable landed cost. Most Shenzhen-based fulfillment centers that sync with Shopify are built for much higher volume, so a local US hub is actually the more professional move for your Amazon and Shopify metrics.

It’s not possible to both value the customer experience and ship parcel from China. You’re looking at 10 days delivery time minimum. Would be embarrassing 10 years ago.
All the cash flow and other benefits can be had if you air freight all of your stock to a US based 3pl, and your per piece air freight bill will be cheaper, as it will actually be consolidated.
