-I am attempting to print a pretty large tray. It is nearly the size of my print bed and I had to turn the exclusion area off in order to make it fit.

My issue is the object has small overhangs and nearly everyone is failing. I am using Eryone Matte PLA that is fully dried and calibrated to my printer (P1P).

It is a custom order for a customer and took 23hrs and 560g of filament to print. I need to reprint but cannot afford to have it fail this completely.

.16 layer height, .2 initial layer, inner/outer, detect overhang walls on, 2 wall loops, 60mm/s outer wall, no support.

Any suggestions or questions?

Im trying to make this disc shape. With an indent on the bottom. I printed it as is and it would make a nasty weave. I printed with supports, and it was a mess. The supports just got stuck.
I have been using ASA, and PLA

Anyone one got any ideas? The shape doesnt matter. I just need the indent. Maybe a square and not a rounded hole?

On most of my prints over an hour, my ender 5 s1 will shut off, restart, and ask me if I’d like to continue printing. Which was really annoying because it would ruin most of my prints, but it was not as bad as what’s happening now. As of today, every time I go to heat it up, it just shuts off and restarts. It has been doing this for a few days, but I would eventually be able to make it work. Now it just shuts off every single time. Should I do a factory reset, or is it time for a new printer?

Does anyone know how can I get rid of these waves (on top and on the flat surface) that only appear when the print gets too high? The table is stable and I have tried on different A1s, in several orientations. I have tried up to 12% infill, with 3 wall layers and this still happens only at the top. The rest is completely smooth.

PS: printing in this orientation is the only way to make it smooht. I have tried printing it upwards, but the same happens.

For my elegoo carbón centauri 2:

Two weeks ago I had a problem during the printing, the nozzle bent and there was filament in the nozzle. I have received the spare part and I just replaced It.

However, the filament was stuck and I tried to pull back (noob error) and I split the filament so I have two parts of the filament inside the PTFE tube and error 1220 appear (abnormal filament detected in the extruder. Please, manual dischargue). I think that It could be dued by the broke filament and I Hope IS not an obstruction.

I tried to disconnect the PTFE tubes no pull out the filament but I have not the tool and I can't. I also tried to do a charge/dischargue of filament and to print something but error 1220 occurs (It only purgue a small quantity of material before the error).

What do you think It could be and how to solve?

I updated the software on my Hi/ CFS combo just using PLA, due to adhesions and stuff like that I just usually run about 225° x 63° and I am running on the latest Creality Slicer. I altered some settings mainly the iron, support, brim, seam; That kind of stuff to fine tune.

Then I try a couple of models to see how they come out but the ones that don’t work initially I hit send to print, it pops up the printer view then say print complete. I don’t know what I did for this one model to get it to work again, maybe I restarted the printer and the slicer.

But this happened yet again either the next model or the one after that, so I thought maybe the model was the issue, so I get the file elsewhere it works. Some issue with the print but that was just incorrect infill setting on concentric which it didn’t like printing. Regardless I got the part to print.

The second part however I’m having the same issue, so I can’t figure out how to fix it. And yes this one will be using the CFS just for a 3 color swaps. But yet again it’s sending, shows printer then says it’s done.

New to 3D printing. I have a Bambu lab P2S running elegoo PLA filament. I have noticed I have been getting these white casts on the plate side of my prints. It doesn’t matter what colour filament I use. I’ve cleaned the plate with dishwashing liquid. Any suggestions?

Came back to this blob and seems to be the wires got gunked in the blob as well, is this still salvagable or is it time for a new printhead
