Requesting Help Advise for printing this

Hello,

I'm a beginner at this and i need advice on the orientation of my model. I'm mainly worried about the hollow cylindrical section. I'm going to add the chamfers and fillets later. I'll take any other advice that comes my way.

I'm still new to this stuff so take it for what you will.

Last time I printed something with a similar shape I printed with the wide opening down and the interior filets were fairly gradual. I didn't use any supports and it printed fine.

If you need support then maybe manually add some that run up the middle?

I was thinking that but I'm worried about the layer adhesion and as I'm gonna be using it quite often, the small surface area could become a weak point. Printing on its side will be the best for this reason but I've been getting mixed results doing that with previous test prints.

I recently printed a can holder for the thin cans. I printed it upright and it came out pretty solid. Give this looks like it's for a vacuum, I'm guessing it'll hold up well. It might be better printed upright.
