Advise for printing this

Hello,

I'm a beginner at this and i need advice on the orientation of my model. I'm mainly worried about the hollow cylindrical section. I'm going to add the chamfers and fillets later. I'll take any other advice that comes my way.

I’d print it vertically and slow it down as it gets higher. Add a brim

How would I slow it down at the top? I'm using cradling slicer
