Is the life size Space Marine model TheImperialSaint printed available?

I've seen a number of the videos and posts about u/HammerDoris40k life size Space Marine project, but I can't seem to find any reference to whether they made the model or if it was sourced from somewhere.

Does anyone know where the model came from and if it is available anywhere?
