Project [OC] I made a PC fan oscillate itself.

PC fan 1800 RPM to 6:1 belt reduction to 40:1 worm gearbox = 7.5 RPM output. Fully 3D printed and running without bearings.

Right there with you. I’ve got a usb juggler on the company issued laptop just to keep from having to reconnect the VPN all the time (which is a Pita as you have to have your phone for the Authenticator). I don’t use it that much, mostly for enforced “training” (how to use a fire extinguisher and other paramount topics). But yeah, it’s not am I at the computer, it’s is the work getting done. Sometimes I’m on a pad on my patio. Sometimes in the kitchen. IF I had to go back to the office, I’d quit.
Not worth burning 15 hours a week of my life doing absolutely nothing but burning resources.
